17,000 SF - Medical Facility
This single-story masonry building underwent a complete exterior renovation, including new stucco, new windows and re-positioned glass entries. Other improvements consisted of replacing the underground piping, resurfacing the parking lot and new monument signage. This project was done on a design-build basis with Ai Collaborative, Inc., for Mr. Paul Grasser and Moon Avenue Joint Venture, LLC and will provide space for future medical care offices.
32,500 SF - Educational Facility
It was a pleasure to work with Derrick Brooks, and The DeBartolo Foundation, as Brooks DeBartolo Charities, Inc., to turn what was once a 32,500 SF retail space into a Charter High School. Despite an extremely fast schedule, the facility was ready to welcome students on opening day. The school has two-stories and consists of regular classrooms, multi-purpose rooms, food preparation areas, administrative offices, and a media center. There are also specialized art, computer and chemistry labs.
20,000 SF - Office Building
This project brought new life to an historic building in the Channelside district of downtown Tampa. While stabilization and maintenance were required in some parts of the building, the main focus of this project was the renovation of the upstairs floor to house the Law Offices of Davis & Harmon, P.A. The build-out successfully integrates original brick walls, wood beams, and reclaimed timber flooring with the new glass-walled conference rooms and sound-proofed individual lawyers’ offices. The project was designed by Cooper Johnson Smith Architects, Inc. The Sinclair Group was also awarded the 10,000 SF build-out of the first floor of this building. 10,000 SF - Atrium Renovation
This project was the complete renovation of a 10,000 SF lobby atrium space for Baumann, Raymondo & Company, P.A. The highlights of this project include terrazzo floors with embedded custom graphics, contemporary water features and interior landscaping. The scope also included a complete re-work of the café and kitchen areas.
32,000 SF - Office Building
This 16,000 SF warehouse in downtown Tampa was renovated by adding a second floor structural slab system, to form 32,000 SF of office space. Although the new elevator and finishes in the common areas and restroom facilities are modern, the original brick is exposed in the lobby areas on both floors.
3,600 SF - Airport Lobby
This project was a renovation and upgrade of the lobby of Raytheon Aircraft Services, the private airside at Tampa International Airport.
