22,400 SF - Retail Center
This project consisted of the construction of a 22,400 SF retail shopping plaza at Wilderness Lake Preserve in Land O’Lakes. The developer for this project was Lindell Properties, LLC. The center includes two retail buildings and a center courtyard with a gazebo. The buildings were subdivided into fourteen “Vanilla Box” spaces for retail lease. 15,000 SF - Clubhouse, Entrance Features & Amenities
This project included seven Key West style buildings, two pools, the tennis complex and the site development for MiraBay, a new residential community in Apollo Beach. The main Clubhouse, a 10,000 SF building, houses a lounge, a café, meeting rooms, a fitness center and spa. There is also a Youth Center building with a party area. Across the large pool and the smaller wading pool, is the Outfitter’s pro-shop and retail building. To the east of the Clubhouse are the Tennis Courts and Pavilion, the Entry Tower and Gatehouses.
41,200 SF - Family Entertainment Center
This 41,200 SF tilt-wall structure built at the Riverview Bell Plaza II site, offers 24 regular bowling lanes, 8 upscale lanes, a bar and restaurant area and pro-shop. This family entertainment center has been operating at full capacity since their opening day. We are honored that Mr. Jeff Bojé, recent past President of the United States Bowling Congress, chose The Sinclair Group to be the contractor on this exciting project.
34,000 SF - Office Building
Performed on a design-build basis, this 34,000 SF tilt-wall facility was built for Mr. Paul Grasser. One of several projects for this client, the Linebaugh Flex Building currently houses four major tenants, including Pitney Bowes, Pharmaceutical Associates, Inc., Circa, Inc., and Sports Fan-Attic, Inc.
4,000 SF - Sales Facility
This project began with the conversion of five portable trailer units into a first-class sales gallery. Exterior highlights include an overhead tension structure, water fountain, teak walls and covered patio. Inside, the showrooms boast glass and steel walls, chandeliers, interior water features, granite counters and all the finishes available for high-end living.
4,700 SF - Restaurant
This new 4,700 SF restaurant for VICorp, Inc., was built in conjunction with DeBartolo Development, LLC, at the Riverview Bell Plaza II site on Big Bend Road. The addition of aluminum awnings, architectural metalwork and vintage lighting turn this modern block and stucco building into the familiar American classic. Inside, the franchise-provided finishes were installed by our local subcontractor-partners.
20,000 SF - Multi-Purpose Building
This 20,000 SF tilt-wall structure was built for the First Christian Church of Dunedin, Inc. The multi-purpose building is composed of several areas, including those used for worship services, administrative offices, a full-sized gymnasium and a kitchen.
4,800 SF - Office Building
This 4,800 SF two-story building was developed to house the corporate office of The Sinclair Group and two additional owner-tenants. The exterior exhibits classic Georgian symmetry and simple lines. Looking inside at the exposed ductwork, steel beams, wire-glass windows, industrial fixtures and distressed pine floors, it could be mistaken for a renovation rather than a newly constructed building. The second floor lobby features a curved wall clad in hammered copper with smooth-finished bands.
