35,000 SF - Educational Facility
One of several projects for the Art Institute of Tampa (AiTA), this 35,000 SF remodel was done to accommodate the expansion of both AiTA’s and South University’s teaching facilities. This job included not only lecture classrooms and lavatory facilities, but also several types of specialized classrooms for the nursing and culinary programs. This and other Art Institute projects were designed by Ai Collaborative, Inc.

6,000 SF - Sales Facility
This interior renovation transformed a retail facility into an upscale sales center for the Harbour Plaza tower, developed by Patrinely Group, LLC. Impressive features of the design include elegant crown, base and panel mouldings, recessed ceilings, detailed soffits, rich marble floors, granite-topped display cabinetry and panoramic Duratrans displays of the Tampa skyline. In addition to the sales offices and finish selection rooms, this center also has a full-scale kitchen model.
6,550 SF - Medical Facility
This office was the second interior renovation in the Brandon Professional Building and is part of the University Community Hospital network. The project included reception and waiting areas along with patient treatment rooms. Also required were the specialized construction of interior hyperbaric facilities and the installation of exterior oxygen tanks and piping. The Sinclair Group was responsible for other tenant improvements in this building, including Therapy & Sports Center and the Ankle + Foot Center.
1,500 SF - Educational Facility
This interior renovation project consisted of converting unused classroom space into a specialized audio and visual production studio, complete with “green screens”, sound-proofing and a computer lab. 2,000 SF - Medical Facility
A third interior improvement in the Brandon Professional Building, this 2,000 SF space was designed to house the Ankle + Foot Center’s Moon Avenue office. It includes reception and waiting areas along with patient treatment rooms. Other tenant improvements performed by The Sinclair Group at this location are Therapy & Sports Center and the UCH Wound Care Center.
8,700 SF - Office Remodel
An 8,700 SF interior improvement on the ground floor of the 110 North 11th Street renovation project, the Bayside Engineering office employed a great mix of the old and the new. The exposed bricks, timbers and ductwork provide an attractive contrast to the more modern curved walls, recessed display areas and the bright-colored paint scheme. Another element that adds interest to this space is the use of several different wall heights.
1,950 SF - Office Remodel
This 1,950 SF interior office renovation was completed for Wachovia Securities, Inc. in the Hyde Park area. It houses the corporate office of Cooper Capital Management. The design showcases the use of interior windows, which give the appearance of one large space, even though it is divided into individual offices. Other features include stained wood floors and paneled wainscoting.
