Its Great Room features an inverted wood-beam roof and a retractable full-length glass wall that takes advantage of its scenic site on White Trout Lake in North Tampa. Other modern aspects of this beautiful home include an oval spiral stair, cantilevered walls, the glass and steel floating main stair, and the Italian stone floors and walls. 4,500 SF - Low Country Coastal Design

This three-story Low Country Coastal home on Tampa Bay is approximately 4,500 SF and was designed by architect Charles T. Kitzmiller. Its notable exterior features are the Tabby finish stucco, barrel tile roof, and reclaimed granite curbing used at the front entrance, the pool, and the full-length back patio.
